Important Dates

  • Parent Meeting:
     Saturday, September 28th, 9 am in Lois Weber Theater

  • First Tech Crew Meeting:
    Saturday, September 28th,10 am

  • Rehearsals:
    Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

  • Mandatory Dress Rehearsals - Tech Week:

    • November 4th, 5th, and 7th
      3:30 to 6 pm (possibly longer)

    • Saturday November 9th
      8 am - 4 pm (possibly longer)

    • November 11th and 12th
      3:30 to 6 pm (possibly longer      ) 

  • Mandatory Performances:

    • Parent Night November 14th @ 6:30 pm

    • November 15th and 16th @ 7 pm

    • November 17th @ 2:00 pm

  • Mandatory Striking of Set:
    Monday, November 18th, 3:30 to 6 pm

An Elementary School show may be added to the schedule, that date will be announced at a later time

Crew Schedules

All crew members will meet with their directors when notified by the director.

​

  • The Stage Construction and Paint crews will be called earlier to work immediately

    • Paint Crew on Fridays after school

    • Set Construction Saturday mornings

  • Sound and Lights crew work will begin in October with days to be determined

  • Costume and Props will generally meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays beginning in October

  • Hair and Makeup will be called when needed, probably later in the rehearsal schedule.

Crew Clothing Requirement

​​​All Crews working the shows must wear all black. No logos, no designs except approved show shirts.

This includes shirts, pants, socks, and shoes.​
